HOW IT WORKS

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

As a custom cabinetry shop, Lever’s Woodshop uses well-established, time-tested methods and tools of the trade. Due to the originality of each piece and the unique process by which it is constructed, and because those processes are not automated but completed by hand, slight variations may occur from one product to the next and do not affect the quality, stability, or overall functionality of the finished project. Lever's Woodshop strives to execute the client’s desired vision and to remedy any issues that may arise to the best of their ability.

CONSULTATION FEE

During the Design and Development phase, the following advisory services are offered to prospective and current clients at no charge:

  • Initial Consultation (in-shop or on-site): 1 hour
  • Plan review and finalization: 1 hour
  • Project-related communications (telephone, text, or email): 1 hour

Due to the level of customization offered by Lever’s Woodshop, client consultation can become a lengthy and ongoing process. As such, the client shall be billed a consultation fee of $50/hour should additional guidance be required beyond what is included during the Design and Development phase.

EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNT

A 5% discount shall be applied to the final purchase price if the Client pays in full upon acceptance of their initial Estimate.

PAYMENT POLICY

Lever’s Woodshop structures its payment schedule to give customers a quality product and ensure that each project moves forward in a timely manner. While every estimate is different, we follow the same standard policy for each project:

  • We start the process with a Client Consultation at their preferred location (on-site or at our shop) to help us understand their vision and formulate a game plan.
  • We then follow up with an estimate, which is reviewed and accepted by the Client.
  • Once an Estimate is accepted, a Contract is signed by both parties and a Materials Deposit is collected.
  • The Materials Deposit is due upon delivery of a signed Contract and is required for placement within our project pipeline and to purchase all materials necessary to begin construction.
  • Depending on the size and scope of the project, a Finishing Draw may be collected during the construction process.
  • The Final Payment is due upon the first scheduled day of installation, which guarantees satisfactory completion of the project as outlined within the Contract.

PROJECT RENDERINGS

Project renderings are a necessary part of each project and will be delivered to the client for review and final approval before construction begins. Consistent with the business model of Lever’s Woodshop, these drawings are to-scale and completed by hand without the use of three-dimensional technology or software programs. As such, they require a significant amount of time to complete and are only available once a Contract has been entered into and a Materials Deposit received.
